هل يجوز إعطاء الكافر من الأضحية ؟

الحمد لله
قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين :
يجوز للإنسان أن يعطي الكافر من لحم أضحيته صدقة بشرط أن لا يكون هذا الكافر ممن يقتلون المسلمين فإن كان ممن يقتلونهم فلا يعطى شيئاً لقوله تعالى : ( لا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ أَنْ تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ (8) إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ ) الممتحنة /8-9 اهـ .

Is it permissible to give a kaafir any of the udhiyah meat?.
Praise be to Allaah. Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said:
It is permissible to give a kaafir some of the udhiyah meat in charity so long as this kaafir is not one of those who are killing the Muslims. If he is one of those who are killing them, then he should not be given anything, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Allaah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion nor drove you out of your homes. Verily, Allaah loves those who deal with equity.
It is only as regards those who fought against you on account of religion, and have driven you out of your homes, and helped to drive you out, that Allaah forbids you to befriend them. And whosoever will befriend them, then such are the Zaalimoon (wrongdoers those who disobey Allaah)”
[al-Mumtahanah 60:8-9]

Cheikh Ibn Outhaymine a dit : « Il est permis de donner une partie de la viande du Sacrifice en aumône à un infidèle, si celui-ci ne fiât pas partie de ceux qui combattent les musulmans. Car s’il fait partie de ceux qui les combattent, on ne lui donne rien en vertu des propos du Très Haut : «Allah ne vous défend pas d' être bienfaisants et équitables envers ceux qui ne vous ont pas combattus pour la religion et ne vous ont pas chassés de vos demeures. Car Allah aime les équitables. Allah vous défend seulement de prendre pour alliés ceux qui vous ont combattus pour la religion, chassés de vos demeures et ont aidé à votre expulsion. Et ceux qui les prennent pour alliés sont les injustes. » (Coran, 60 : 8-9).
