ويقول ابن القيم ـ رحمه الله ـ :
كل نَفَسٍ أو كل عرَقٍ سيخرج في الدنيا في غير طاعة الله أو فائدة في الحياة ـ تعين على حسنة ـ سيخرج يوم القيامة حسرة وندامة . ا . هـ . ما بين المعكوفتين تصرف.
ويقول عمار بن رجاء : سمعت عبيد بن يعيش " شيخ البخاري ومسلم " يقول " أقمتُ ثلاثين سنة ما أكلتُ بيدي بالليل ، كانت أختي تُلَقِّمُني وأنا أكتب الحديث " .ا . هـ .ما بين المعكوفتين تصرف.
عندما يخلص الإنسان لربه وخالقه ويشتغل بكل دقيقة من وقته وعمره في طاعة ربه يُبارك الله له في عمره وإن كان قصيرًا ، والرجال لا يقاسون بطول أعمارهم ، وإنما يقاسون بأعمالهم ، والله عز وجل تعبدنا بحسن الأعمال وذلك في مقدورنا وفي إمكاننا بإذن ربنا ، ولم يتعبدنا بطول أعمارنا فإن ذلك ليس بمقدورنا ولا بإرادتنا ،فالإنسان الذي يعرف حق وقتِه وقيمته ينبغي عليه أن يعمِّر وقتَه بالخيرات ما استطاع إلى ذلك سبيلاً ويسارع فيها ، فكلما تيسر إليه خير بادر إليه تطبيقًا للآية :
قال الله تعالى " وَعَجِلْتُ إِلَيْكَ رَبِّ لِتَرْضَى" .سورة طه / آية : 84 .
وللحديث : احرص على ما ينفعك .
* فعن أبي هريرة قال : قال رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم " المؤمن القوي خير من المؤمن الضعيف وفي كل خير ، احرِص على ما ينفعك واستعن بالله ولا تعجِز ، وإن أصابك شيء فلا تقل : لو أني فعلتُ كان كذا وكذا ، ولكن قل : قَدَرُ اللهِ ، وما شاءَ فعلَ ، فإن لو تفتح عملَ الشيطانِ " .صحيح مسلم . متون / 46 ـ كتاب : القدر/ 8 ـ باب : في الأمر بالقوة وترك العجز ، ..... /حديث رقم :34 ـ 2664 / ص : 677 .
والمراد بالقوة هنا عزيمة النفس والقريحة في أمور الآخرة .
احرِص على ما ينفعك ..... ولا تعجِز : احرص على طاعة الله تعالى والرغبة فيما عنده ، واطلب الإعانة من الله تعالى على ذلك " ولا تعجِز " ولا تكسل عن طلب الطاعة ولا عن طلب الإعانة .
